It's known that diversity has fallen off the priority list in the tech industry (apparently it doesn't generate revenue and demands too many resources, so why make the effort? 🤷‍♀️) Yet it never ceases to amaze me how they can't see the elephant in the room... And yes, I know speaking up about this might put me on a blacklist. But sometimes staying silent becomes impossible when companies consistently refuse to acknowledge and address their systemic biases.
