Implementing a content editorial calendar: yes or no? 🗓️ If you're creating content for various channels such as social media, blog, videos, etc., then you should definitely implement an editorial calendar. An editorial calendar lets you track the content pipeline status and the people involved. You can maintain consistency in publishing, balance the publishing cadence, and give visibility of the content to other team members. To get started, here are some basic things you can start tracking in the editorial calendar: ✍️ Content name 🗓️ Publishing date ⏳ Status: Not started, in progress, scheduled, published. 🕸️ Channel: Where will it be published? 👩 Stakeholders: Who is responsible for writing, reviewing, and publishing? You can use tools like Notion or Airtable to implement it, collaborate, and integrate it with other convenient tools for your team. Here is a snapshot of the view I use on our editorial calendar at Strapi with blog, social, video, and email content 👇 #contentmarketing
